PBLA caught hold of the new edgier Miley Cyrus performing "Party In the USA" for the Canadian 2010 MuchMusic Awards. Miley ended up getting International Video of the Year. Congrats Miley!! If you peep close enough you will see a little cameo from Canada's own Justin Bieber.
