Yes that is 50 cent and No isn't photoshopped. 50 went from 214 to 160 piounds for his upcoming role in "Things Fall Apart". He plays a football player who suffers from cancer. This is dedication here. I am looking forward to seeing the film.

i agree with and am impressed with dedication when i see it but not like this.
